1. Introduction

These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") regulate the rules and conditions of using the seventyy.cz application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), operated by Martin Skála (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

The seventyy.cz application allows users to create, manage, and share events. Users may also publish their photos, links to social networks, and other information about themselves, if they choose to do so.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use the Application, during which you provide the following information:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address

Optionally, you may add:

• Profile photo
• Links to social networks
• Information about yourself

You are obliged to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information provided.

4. Personal Data Protection

The Operator handles personal data in compliance with applicable laws, especially GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

5. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they upload to the Application (e.g., event descriptions, photos, information about themselves). It is prohibited to upload content that:

• Violates the laws of the Czech Republic.
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or defamation.
• Infringes copyright or third-party rights.
• Contains viruses or other malicious code.

6. Liability and Limitations

The Operator is not responsible for content uploaded by users or for damages caused by improper use of the Application. The Operator reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to user accounts that violate these Terms at any time.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may change these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or notifications in the Application. Changes take effect 30 days after the notification.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. In case of disputes, the courts of the Czech Republic will have jurisdiction.
